About Us

Astoria Motor Court has been family owned and operated since 1941. Your hosts, Fred L. and
Dolores J. are the third generation to see to your accomodation needs. We take great pride
in providing you with the comforts of home while you stay in one of our 20 charming cabins.
Nestled amongst manicured grounds and gardens. Set in a quiet and friendly atmosphere. The
Astoria Motor Court is the place to be with family, friends, or just yourself. Come recharge
and spend some time with us. Take our hiking trail to our stocked fishing stream. Walk among our
feathered friends- it's truly a bird watcher's paradise! Hundreds of birds can be seen within our 20
acres. Activities include swimming (one adult pool and one kiddie pool), volleyball, badminton,

shuffleboard, or just plain RELAXATION! We supply the picnic table, you supply the grill.

Housekeeping Services

There is NO DAILY IN-ROOM CHAMBERMAID SERVICE. Prior to your arrival your
cottage is thoroughly cleaned and inspected. Your COMPLETE COMFORT is our GOAL!

We DO SUPPLY a CLEAN EXCHANGE DAILY of towels, toilet paper, soap, cups,
and garbage bags. To receive clean towels and supplies please leave your used
towels rolled up & a note for supplies on your porch chair by 10:00 AM.

CLEAN BED LINEN is exchanged WEEKLY. To receive clean linen please leave the
sheets you wish to exchange rolled up in the pillowcase on your porch the morning
of your exchange day. YOUR EXCHANGE DAY IS YOUR DAY OF ARRIVAL.
At any time you need clean linen, please notify the office.

Cottages are provided with carpet sweepers. Kitchens are supplied with dish soap &
sponges. Bathroom cleaning/cleansers are your responsibility. There is a large
receptacle conveniently located for your garbage removal. We encourage you to recycle.

There is NO LAUNDRY FACILITY. There are 3 laundry mats located 2-4 miles
away. There are wash linens available for wet bathing suits and clothes.
Please do not hang wash of any kind in front of the units or from the
porches. Help us taked pride in our appearance.
